摘要: Bionanoparticle based hydrogels represent a new class of interesting materials because the ability to combine properties biopolymers and nanostructured materials. In this contribution, we report modular approach for incorporation stabilization gold nanoparticles inside three-dimensional macroporous hydrogel made bio exemplary ferritin. The strategy involving dynamic templating surfactant H1 domains, demineralization remineralization steps helps overcome aggregation degradation issues usually associated with bare metal-based nanocatalysts. catalytic activity so synthesized bio-nanocomposite was demonstrated in both nitroaldol (Henry) nitroreduction model reactions aqueous solution at RT. An synergistic effect between basic residues protein Au found reaction when carried out water presence phase transfer catalyst. Furthermore, reduction 4-nitrophenol 4-nitroaniline catalyzed by nanocomposite scaffold NaBH4 proceeded significantly faster comparison that using other known Au- Ag-based catalyst under similar conditions.
