Abnormal structural luteolysis in ovaries of the senescence accelerated mouse (SAM): expression of Fas ligand/Fas-mediated apoptosis signaling molecules in luteal cells.

摘要: Senescence accelerated mouse-prone (SAMP) mice with a shortened life span show changes in many of the signs aging and shorter reproductive than SAM-resistant (SAMR) controls. We previously showed that functional regression (progesterone dissimilation) occurs abnormally accumulated luteal bodies (aaLBs) SAMP mice, but structural cells aaLB is inhibited. A deficiency cell apoptosis causes abnormal accumulation LBs ovaries. In present study, to abnormality Fas ligand (FasL)/Fas-mediated signal transducing factors aaLBs ovaries, we assessed expression FasL, Fas, caspase-8 caspase-3 mRNAs by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, localization activated proteins Western blotting immunohistochemistry, respectively, during estrus cycle/luteolysis. These were expressed normal both SAMR not at all or only trace amounts SAMP, indicating inhibited blockage these mice.
