摘要: During the course of this study, we sought examine whether expression somatostatin receptors (SSTRs) is altered in hippocampus following pilocarpine-induced status epilepticus (SE) order to understand role/function SSTRs after epileptogenic insults. SSTR1 and SSTR4 immunoreactivities were increased at 1 week SE. At 4 weeks SE, SRIF1-family (SSTR 2A, SSTR2B, SSTR5) immunoreactivity was only neuropil. Both SSTR2A 2B CA2-3 pyramidal cells.
