摘要: The prevalence of overactive bladder (OAB) increases with age and can be associated other co-morbidities, such as cardiac arrhythmia. Unfortunately, commonly used anticholinergic drugs for OAB affect the cardiovascular system, leading to tachycardia. However, there are no data, which consider influence intradetrusor onabotulinumtoxinA injections on heart function in idiopathic patients. aim present study was evaluate electrocardiogram (ECG) parameters. Additionally, changes ECG were analyzed patients without Thirty-one arrhythmia 31 participants irregular rate (HR) completed study. measurements performed supine positions 2 h before injections, 1 after treatment, at weeks follow-up. At week 6, a phone-call survey conducted collect data about adverse events. OnabotulinumtoxinA rigid cystoscopy under local anesthesia. We did not observe any clinically significant parameters between consecutive measurements. While slight increase HR observed arrhythmia, it remained within normal range. Intravesical are, hence, safe female do significantly ECG.
