摘要: IN 1960 Hellem1 reported that platelet adhesiveness in vitro was increased by a dialysable substance derived from red cells, and he had observed transient thrombocytopenia rabbits after intravenous injections of this material. The active fraction afterwards identified as adenosine diphosphate (ADP)2. specific aggregation platelets ADP, the inhibition action adenosine, its monophosphate (AMP) triphosphate (ATP), have been demonstrated other workers3,4. It has also shown when thrombin is added to suspensions free sufficient ADP released themselves account for their subsequent aggregation5,6.
