摘要: The NIMA-related kinase 3 (NEK3) plays an important role in cell migration, proliferation, and viability. Recently, NEK3 was reported to enhance the malignancy of breast cancer. However, its gastric cancer has not been completely characterized. In this study, we explored prognostic significance human Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction western blot were performed detect mRNA protein expression 6 paired fresh tissues surrounding normal tissues. levels adjacent samples 168 cases detected by immunohistochemistry, relationships between level various clinicopathological features analyzed. significantly overexpressed tissues, compared with Immunohistochemistry staining assay showed percentage high higher than that samples. overexpression correlated pT stage, pathologic TNM lymph node metastasis, poor prognosis Cox multivariate regression analyses suggested independent factor for survival patients data demonstrate is cancer, which promotes may be as a biomarker potential therapeutic target
