摘要: Abstract We have carried out studies of the magnetic reversal process a rare earth–transition metal thin film with perpendicular anisotropy using force microscope (MFM) capable applying in situ fields. The magnetization microscopic area shown MFM images was determined for number field values comprising complete hysteresis loop. This loop found to be nearly identical bulk Changes as traversed can linked individual domain changes evident images. These show that this characterized by two-stage – fast and slow rates change applied field. A second experiment which incompletely saturated brought back zero showed nucleation not responsible rate process, but rather all were primarily limited low wall mobility. observations are previous work on processes similar systems.
