摘要: Abstract Introduction Studies have shown terminal QRS distortion and resultant prolongation during ischemia to be a sign of low cardiac protection thus faster rate myocardial cell death. A recent study introduced single lead method quantify the severity by estimating prolongation. This paper introduces 12-lead that, in contrast previous method, does not require access prior ECG. Methods duration was estimated that showed maximal ST deviation according novel method. The degree determined subtracting measured least deviation.
