摘要: OBJECTIVE: This study evaluates depolarization changes in acute myocardial ischemia by analysis of QRS slopes. METHODS: In 38 patients undergoing elective percutaneous coronary intervention, upward slope between Q and R waves downward S (DS) were analyzed. leads V1 to V3, the wave was additionally Ischemia quantified scintigraphy. Also, conventional ST measures determined. RESULTS: correlated significantly with (for DS: r = 0.71, P < .0001 for extent, 0.73, severity). Best corresponding correlation electrocardiogram parameters sum R-wave amplitude change (r 0.63, .0001; 0.60, .0001) ST-segment elevation 0.67, .0001). Prediction extent severity increased 12.2% 7.1% adding DS ST. CONCLUSIONS: The correlates could have potential value risk stratification addition ST-T analysis.
