摘要: Introduction: Obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome (OSAS) is a prevalent condition that covaries with cardiovascular complications and most likely arterial hypertension diabetes mellitus. Objective: The present paper review of the current status OSAS. Treatment include mechanical [continuous positive pressure (CPAP), oral appliances], surgical, pharmacological 'conservative' lifestyle modifications.
