摘要: We previously reported that changes in ileal net Na absorption correlated with arterial pH, HCO3 secretion the plasma concentration, and Cl CO2 partial pressure (PCO2) during systemic acid-base disorders. To determine whether intracellular pH (pHi) concentration [( HCO3]i) mediated these effects, we measured pHi calculated [HCO3]i distal mucosa of anesthetized, mechanically ventilated Sprague-Dawley rats using 5,5-[14C]dimethyloxazolidine-2,4,-dione [3H]inulin. Rats were studied normocapnia, acute respiratory acidosis, alkalosis, uncompensated pH-compensated metabolic acidosis alkalosis. When animals all groups considered, mucosal was not altered, but there strong correlations between both PCO2 (r = 0.97) [HCO3] 0.61). considered rates electrolyte transport characterized disorders [A. N. Charney L.P. Haskell, Am. J. Physiol. 245 (Gastrointest. Liver 8): G230-G235, 1983], found 0.88) 0.82). These findings suggest do affect alter as a consequence altered [HCO3]. The effects on may be by [HCO3]i. Arterial does appear to through milieu.
