摘要: Twenty-two dogs with congenital single portosystemic shunts were treated by partial or complete ligation of the shunts. Intraoperative portal pressures before and after shunt ligation, central venous measured 3 minutes temporary occlusion, evaluated prospectively. Portal increases in pressure above baseline values, decreases during occlusion significantly greater that underwent developed postoperative complications. Absence arborizing intrahepatic vasculature intraoperative mesenteric portograms did not indicate whether attenuation could be performed safely, but it was correlated occurrence post-operative
