摘要: Summary The contribution of Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling to T cell-dependent (TD) antibody responses was assessed by using mice lacking the TLR adaptor MyD88 in individual cell types. When a soluble TLR9 ligand used as adjuvant for protein antigen, required dendritic cells but not B enhance TD response, regardless inherent immunogenicity antigen. In contrast, contained within virus-like particle substantially augmented germinal center IgG and this augmentation MyD88. ability discriminate between antigens based on physical form probably reflects an adaptation facilitate strong antiviral responses.
