摘要: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) have a key role in innate immunity. These recognize both pathogen-associated molecular patterns and molecules that are released from damaged tissue. TLRs mediate signal transduction pathways through the activation of transcription factors regulate expression proinflammatory cytokines chemokines required for development adaptive immune responses. might an important pathogenesis renal diseases: their exaggerated is associated with ischemic kidney damage, acute injury, end-stage failure, tubulointerstitial nephritis, transplant rejection delayed allograft function. As results previous studies concerning diseases conflicting, further work needed to determine exact these evaluate strategies prevent TLR-mediated local inflammation. This Review discusses evidence supporting contrasting bacterial infections causing or aggravating conditions when TLR leads harmful inflammatory response.
