摘要: Binary interdiffusion data as function of composition in the Mg–{Ce, Nd, Zn} and Zn–{Ce, Nd} systems were obtained experimentally using solid–solid diffusion couples. For studied systems, all intermetallic compounds produced, based on equilibrium phase diagrams, eliminating problem missing couples found literature. The profiles wavelength dispersive spectroscopy line-scans across composition-dependent coefficient at each interface was determined Boltzmann–Matano analysis. available literature for some calculated coefficients good agreement. No regarding could be activation energy preexponential factor growth Arrhenius equation. energies Mg–Ce showed relatively higher values than those Mg–Nd Mg–Zn compounds.
