The results correlation analysis indicated overload-quantity and overload-quality had significantly positive relations with Driven little or no significant Enjoyment work. Blue-collar employees who highly structured controlled environments were less likely workaholic than white-collar (in particular those sales divisions). ANOVA overload different effects on by age groups among blue-collar employees. It found increased degree for under 34 years old it decreased over 35 old.
