摘要: Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), the major transmitter in capsaicin-sensitive sensory nerves, and asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA), an endogenous inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase, participate regulation blood pressure. In present study, we tested relationship between CGRP ADMA spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). For vivo SHRs were treated with or without L-arginine for 2 weeks, Wistar Kyoto (WKY) used as controls. Systolic arterial pressure was measured, levels CGRP, ADMA, NO analyzed. vitro neural cells from dorsal root ganglia donor. Synthesis release measured. Compared WKY rats, serum concentration increased while level decreased. Treatment significantly decreased pressure, concomitantly increase synthesis SHRs, but it did not affect levels. cultured cells, reduced inhibited a concentration-dependent manner. The effects reversed by L-arginine. NOC-18, donor NO, Decreased is related to reduction levels, corresponds concentrations rats.
