摘要: We investigated the involvement of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in vasodilatory mechanism action nitric oxide (NO) donors. The functional role CGRP NO donor-induced vasodilation isolated rat aortic rings was determined by incubating these drugs with and without CGRP8–37, a selective receptor antagonist. CGRP8–37 (0.63 μM) induced rightward shifts concentration–response curves for nitroglycerin (NTG), Piloty’s acid (PA), SIN-1 (linsidomine). ec50 values NTG, PA, were increased 8.3-, 5.2-, 2.3-fold, respectively (P 0.05). donors also incubated strips, NTG PA alone significant formation hydroxylamine, NO- metabolite (232.4 364.9%, respectively, P < These results indicate that only to lesser extent SIN-1, stimulate release from aorta, which subsequently contributes activity agents. hydroxylamine suggests possible link between generation vascular wall.
