摘要: Abstract This article proposes an approach to stabilize the process of full-penetration laser welding 16 mm 316L stainless steel by introducing steady electromagnetic force. Transient formation root defects was captured high-speed camera (CCD) and using “sandwich” method. The stable sustained benefited from force, which weakened hydrostatic pressure at bottom surface altered liquidity metal pool. Moreover, force compensated for insufficient tension successfully prevented such as sagging drop-out.
