摘要: Lithium chloride generated in the 1:4 reaction between carbon tetrachloride and lithium azetidinide is trapped as a tetramer by azetidine its dimer N-(3-aminopropyl)azetidine form of an “open cube”, new structural variant among (LiCl)n oligomers predicted previous theoretical calculations. In orthorhombic lattice, tetranuclear units are stacked along polar z-axis via four intermolecular N−H- - -Cl hydrogen bonds.
