摘要: About 60 autobiographical books and articles written by schizophrenics during or after their psychotic episodes were examined for descriptions of changes in the patients' perceptual cognitive experiences. Frequently reported included both enhanced muted sensory awareness numerous specific auditory visual disturbances. Often mentioned experiences attentional deficits, racing retarded thinking, increased associations between ideas, mental exhaustion, lack recognition familiar words, people, objects, memory thought blocking, disturbances language production comprehension, mistaking identities, distorted sense time.
