摘要: We reexamine the constraints on density perturbation spectrum, including its spectral index $n,$ from production of primordial black holes. The standard cosmology, where Universe is radiation dominated end inflation up until recent past, was studied by Carr, Gilbert, and Lidsey; we correct two errors in their derivation find a significantly stronger constraint than they did: $n\ensuremath{\lesssim}1.25$ rather 1.5. then consider an alternative cosmology which second period inflation, known as thermal designed to solve additional relic overdensity problems, occurs at lower-energy scale main inflationary period. In that case, weakens $n\ensuremath{\lesssim}1.3,$ also leads ``missing mass'' range ${10}^{18}\mathrm{g}\ensuremath{\lesssim}M\ensuremath{\lesssim}{10}^{26}\mathrm{g}$ holes cannot form. Finally, discuss effect allowing for expected non-Gaussianity perturbations predicted Bullock Primack, can weaken further 0.05.
