摘要: The formula for the initial mass spectrum of primordial black holes (PBHs), which can be used a general case scale dependent spectral index, and wide class models gravitational collapse, is derived. derivation based on Press Schechter formalism. comparative analysis different types spectra in concrete calculations carried out. It shown that densities background radiations ($\nu$, $\gamma$) from PBH evaporations depend rather strongly type collapse taking into account spread horizon masses at PBHs form. Constraints parameters density perturbation amplitudes evaporation processes atmospheric solar neutrino data are obtained.
