摘要: This study was undertaken to test the hypothesis that following exposure insecticides, changes take place in metabolism of carbohydrates and absorption midgut insects. The Madagascar hissing cockroach (Gromphadorhina portentosa) chosen for experiment as a model organism, due it being easy breed its relatively large alimentary tract, which important when preparing microperfusion bioassay.
