摘要: Photoluminescent and optical properties of porous oxide films formed by two-step aluminum anodization at a constant potential 30 V in sulfamic acid have been investigated after their annealing, ranging from room temperature up to 600 °C. X-ray diffraction reveals the amorphous nature films. Infrared energy dispersive spectroscopy indicates presence sulfuric species incorporated during anodization. Photoluminescence (PL) measurements show PL bands range 320 nm. There are two peaks emission excitation spectra. One peak is wavelength centered 460 nm other shifts 390 475 nm, depending on wavelength. For spectra, one spectral 270 also longer wavelengths while increasing Upon annealing as-prepared increases reaching maximum value about 300 °C then decreases. The results indicate existence centers, placed surface pore wall, positioned inside
