摘要: To investigate the origin of blue photoluminescence (PL) in porous alumina membrane, we have prepared an anodic aluminum oxide film with a pore diameter 40 nm oxalic acid solution by two-step anodization process. Our results show that as-prepared membrane is amorphous and exhibits broad emission band peaking at around 452 two sub-peaks located 443 470 nm. As indicated PL excitation spectra, there are peaks which can account for observed band. We proposed be attributed to luminescence centers membranes, namely, oxygen defects impurities. Furthermore, rationalized similar influence on region based simple model.
