摘要: Abstract Primary hepatic capillary hemangioma in adults is very rare. Here, we report a case of 71-year-old woman. She had abnormal liver function tests, and abdominal sonography revealed 2-cm nodular lesion fatty liver. Computed tomography scan hypervascular tumor. During 2 years’ follow-up, the tumor enlarged to 3 cm diameter. Serological tests showed no evidence chronic viral hepatitis or increased level alpha-fetoprotein. In fear hepatocellular carcinoma, she received atypical hepatectomy. Microscopically, turned out be background steatohepatitis. We searched literature, only six similar cases were found. made brief review this rare disease entity described its clinicopathological features.
