摘要: We studied autumn-winter food (November-February, 1997-2003) of the Stone Marten in Balkan Mountains, Central Bulgaria. A total 26 stomachs (18 males and eight females) were examined, which contents was expressed as number occurrence relative frequency occurrence. The result clearly showed that rodents are primary prey for Marten. Birds insects following categories consumed. edible dormouse detected a first time Besides, wild ungulates domestic animals occasionally scavenged, while neither fruits nor artificial materials marten stomachs. Thus, our study Mountains tended to be more carnivorous winter.
