摘要: The feeding habits of the stone marten (Martes foina) were studied by scat analysis in a village (n = 423 samples) and its surrounding agricultural environment 572), during six-year study (three periods), southwest Hungary. Birds (relative frequency 20%, mainly small perching birds) plants (35%, orchard fruit) most important foods for martens living village. Small mammals (29%, votes) (34%, main food resources environment. With respect to diet composition environment-dependent difference proved significant, but intra-environment did not. In comparison with those consumed more frequently: 1) heavier prey (greater consumption domestic animals), 2) arboreal (e.g. 3) associated human settlements house mouse, sparrow, animals).
