摘要: Abstract Introduction: There are no current validated scoring systems for the assessment of adult single rescuer basic life support (BLS) ability. A system was proposed and prospectively validated. Methods: The tested firstly on 12 skilled BLS providers (all instructors). It then further evaluated 75 undergraduate dental students, who were assessed before after a standard training session BLS. Results: All persons passed test according to system. successfully showed positive effect in students. correctly identified those ‘passed’ training, i.e. capable providing effective (71/75, 94.7%). also not considered competent (4/71, 5.3%). Conclusion: This is simple, effective, objective support. easily adaptable 1998 Guidelines
