摘要: Abstract Heat capacity measurements have been made for the krypton submonolayers physically adsorbed on surface of graphite between 3 and 110 K four coverages near completion a monolayer. The vibrational states at low temperatures both “commensurate” “incommensurate” phases are discussed with particular attention to effect corrugation potential. Finding two anomalies in heat below melting point coverage close monolayer commensurate structure suggested possibilities sequence phases, i.e., either → incommensurate or re-entrant fluid increasing temperature.
