摘要: We conducted a 2 yr prospective study to measure atmospheric short ragweed and Alternaria allergens by RAST inhibition analysis of eluates from filter sheets exposed in air samplers. In both years pollen spore counts, obtained with rotoslide sampler, correlated significantly immunochemically measured airborne allergenic activity. Airborne levels the purified AgE Alt-I were successfully quantitated; these closely total activities, respectively, also counts. Eluates during late summer fall produced positive wheal-and-flare skin tests patients hay fever. immunochemical measurements activity due mean symptom score indices groups ragweed-sensitive individuals. Measurable noted before after pollination season, at times we small increases groups. Thus analyses provide important information concerning environmental allergens.
