摘要: During cell division, eukaryotic cells execute a basic set of steps referred to as the cycle (1). The consists 4 general time periods, or phases: G1, during which grows and prepares for DNA synthesis; S, replication occurs; G2, continues grow mitosis; M, cytokinesis occurs. vast majority in most tissue compartments are not continuously dividing, but rather resting state known G0. When appropriate stimulus is received, G0 - arrested enter cycle.
