摘要: We have isolated, characterized and quantified the immunocompetent cells present in extravascular hepatic compartment at various stages after Plasmodium yoelii malaria infection with sporozoites. Cytological analyses revealed a predominantly lymphoid population. In mice primary infection, predominant were CD4+, CD8+ B lymphocytes. fully protected mice, CD3+ CD4- CD8- polymorphonuclear cells, particularly eosinophils, most common. The significance of changes subpopulations is discussed relation to antigen presentation host-protective mechanisms.
