摘要: The purpose of the present work was to describe and assess performance on two selected subjects a new method for compensation soft tissue artifact knee rotations translations during execution step up/down, sit-to-stand/stand-to-sit, flexion against gravity. Soft has been recognized as most critical source error in gait analysis data. Its propagation strongly affects joint angles, particular those characterized by small range motion, such ab/adduction internal/external rotation. This may be exploitation data clinical decisions. proposed is based flexion/extension angle interpolation anatomical landmark calibrations taken at extremes motion. rotation tested kinematics data-set obtained synchronous combination traditional stereophotogrammetry 3-D fluoroscopy. newly extremely effective rotations, mean values root square angles decreased from 3.7/spl deg/ 1.4/spl 1.6/spl deg/, respectively, with respect single calibration. Mainly, calculated stereophotogrammetric using were found reliable fluoroscopy-based gold standard. residual 2.0, 2.8, 2.1 mm anterior/posterior, vertical, medio/lateral translations, respectively.
