摘要: A method of compounding the inert pharmaceutical carrier ingredients and active drug ingredient a tablet composition, which circumvents conventional granulation step prior to compression in manufacture tablets results very rapidly disintegrating tablets; consists 1. ADDING THE ACTIVE DRUG INGREDIENT TO RESULTING SPRAY-DRIED, UNGRANULATED TABLET PRE-MIX, AND 3. COMPRESSING COMPOSITION TOGETHER WITH AGENT LUBRICANT, INTO PHARMACEUTICAL TABLETS.
