摘要: Drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptom (DRESS) is a serious idiosyncratic drug reaction. It characterized by skin eruption, fever, hematologic abnormalities, multi-organ involvement. Diagnosis challenging because of the wide clinical spectrum. Its association aromatic antiepileptic drugs, such as phenytoin, phenobarbital, carbamazepine, has been well described in adults. There are few reports DRESS syndrome children, knowledge about relationship between new drugs oxcarbazepine this limited. The entity probably underdiagnosed many its findings can mimic those other disorders infections disorders. Virus reactivation use some together suspected amoxicillin, trigger symptoms syndrome. This case report 4-year-old boy oxcarbazepine-induced possibly triggered amoxicillin; malignancy was included differential diagnosis.
