摘要: The aim of the present study was to obtain information about pyramidal neuron types in hippocampal field CA2 guinea pig. apical and basal dendritic trees somata neurons were analyzed quantified Golgi-stained brains adult pigs both sexes. Most (92%) had a single shaft (monoapical neurons) very few (8%) two shafts (biapical neurons). monoapical subdivided into three classes on basis pattern their tree. Morphometric analysis showed differences among different number branches, spread tree, dimensions soma diameters. Several morphometric sex also found for biapical neurons. results demonstrate that pig contains four this small is characterized, like other fields, by presence heterogeneous population
