摘要: Polyampholyte are able to condense nucleic acid form small complexes which can be utilized in the delivery of mammalian cells. The polyampholytes formed prior interaction with or they presence acid. Stabilized polycation/nucleic modified reduce positive charge polycation and add targeting ligands without destabilizing complex. resultant particles retain their size more effective cells vivo.
