摘要: Primary thyroid cancers including papillary, follicular, poorly differentiated, and anaplastic carcinomas show substantial differences in biological clinical behaviors. Even the same pathological type, there is wide variability course of disease progression. The molecular carcinogenesis cancer has advanced tremendously last decade. However, specific inhibition oncogenic pathways did not provide a significant survival benefit progressive that resistant to radioactive iodine therapy. Accumulating evidence clearly shows cellular energy metabolism, which controlled by oncogenes other tumor-related factors, critical factor determining phenotypes cancer. role nature metabolism remain unclear. In this article, we discuss particularly mitochondrial Determining metabolic remodeling may new biomarkers therapeutic targets be useful management refractory cancers.
