摘要: Estimation of activity five hydrolytic enzymes was made in four histologically different types human meningiomas derived from surgery. The examined 13 tumors included lysosomal enzymes: β-glucuronidase, N-acetyl-β-d-glucosaminidase (hexosaminidase), β-galactosidase, and acid phosphatase. fifth enzyme studied alkaline one papillary-type meningioma appeared to contain generally greater activities the than other tumor types. Alkaline phosphatase decidedly transitional type meningiomas. correlation histological with is discussed regard previous observations.
