摘要: Cell migration is required for a wide variety of processes from bacteria seeking food to correct patterning neuronal networks. The ability sense external cues critical cells get directions and reach their goals. So far, studies on chemotaxis have mainly focused attention individual therefore available tools are designed monitor cell behavior at the single level. However, as collective now widely accepted main mode development cancer, question how achieved has also be asked bigger scale. Here, we present two assays suitable cells, sheets, explants. Using simple combination heparin-coated beads high vacuum silicone grease, these techniques can adapted culture conditions. They allow time-lapse study, high-resolution microscopy, set up no extra cost.
