摘要: Netrin-1 is known to function as a chemoattractant for several classes of developing axons and chemorepellent other axons, apparently dependent on the receptor type expressed by responsive cells. In culture, growth cones embryonic Xenopus spinal neurons exhibited chemoattractive turning toward source netrin-1 but showed chemorepulsive responses in presence competitive analog cAMP or an inhibitor protein kinase A. Both attractive repulsive were abolished depleting extracellular calcium adding blocking antibody against Deleted Colorectal Cancer. Thus, nerve may respond same guidance cue with opposite behavior, coincident signals that set level cytosolic cAMP.
