摘要: KEY MESSAGE An effective and stable quantitative resistance locus, QSc.VR4, was fine mapped, characterized physically anchored to the short arm of 4H, conferring adult plant fungus Rhynchosporium commune in barley. Scald caused by is one most destructive barley diseases worldwide. Accumulation (APR) governed multiple alleles predicted be long-lasting against a broad spectrum pathotypes. However, molecular mechanisms that control APR remain poorly understood. Here, trait loci (QTL) analysis mapping were performed on five populations derived from common parent Vlamingh, which expresses scald. Two QTLs, designated QSc.VR4 QSc.BR7, detected cross between Vlamingh Buloke. Our data confirmed an residing chromosome QSc.BR7 Buloke may allele reported Rrs2. High-resolution revealed located 0.38 Mb genomic region InDel markers 4H2282169 4H2665106. The gene annotation sequence comparison suggested cluster containing two adjacent multigene families encoding leucine-rich repeat receptor kinase-like proteins (LRR-RLKs) germin-like (GLPs), respectively, likely contributing scald resistance. Adult confer partial levels and, furthermore, important resource for pyramiding contribute broad-based more durable
