摘要: Abstract An in vivo brain perfusion technique was used to examine effects of hypoxia on cerebral cortical metabolism barbiturate-anesthetized rats. Dulbecco's phosphatebuffered solution (PBS), or PBS + 6 m M glucose, infused into the right carotid circulation for 0 3 min, at a rate that reduced regional blood flow ipsilateral parietal lobe by more than 40% and O 2 delivery about 50%. The duration infusion either correlated negatively with concentrations ATP, phosphocreatine (PCr), positively lactate cAMP. cGMP increased relation PBS. Statistically significant elevations occurred after 1 min PBS; elevated glucose solution. Brain PCr, glycogen decreased elevation lactate, [PCr]:[ATP] ratio declined. results demonstrated limited stimulated glycolysis produced concurrent decrease ATP PCr. However, spared degree, expense
