摘要: The invention relates to a precise molding method of biomimetic micro-channel system based on plant veins. According the invention, leaf mesophyll parts are removed, such that vein structure is obtained; metal film sputtered surface structure, mask with light curing technology, transferred onto photoresist adhered glass plate or silicon wafer; development carried out, and structure; material placed in an organic solvent, layer formed non-vein areas; channel mold resin manufactured; silicone rubber negative shape cloned; adopted as template, complicated structures can be precisely duplicated various materials. With provided by defects easy deformation, damage, unsuitability for situations high temperatures directly utilizing natural veins overcome, possibility manual modification structural performance.
