摘要: Carbazoles are privileged nitrogen heterocycles that present in a wide range of natural products, pharmaceuticals, and functional materials. Due to their application, various synthetic strategies available the literature using substituted amines or indoles as substrate. Thus, this review comprehensively highlights (2015-2019) article focuses on synthesis carbazoles derived from an indole-template through transition-metal catalyzed C-H functionalization, metal-free cyclization, three-component reaction, electrophilic iodocyclizations. The described provided diversely few them have profound pharmacological activity.
