摘要: The kidney has a high capacity to produce spectrum of different acting prostaglandins (PG). In vivo and in vitro studies have shown that renal formation PG's, possibly the vasculature cortex represents an essential step mechanisms regulating secretion renin. PG's formed seem participate also control vascular resistance glomerular filtration rate. PGE2 medulla modulates hydroosmotic action antidiuretic hormone influences kidney's for urine concentratron. Renal PG is reduced by NaCl intake enhanced low hypokalemic states. These findings make good candidates participation regulation salt water balance blood pressure. Due close connection with renin angiotensin system, alterations might be involved etiology Thus, impairment cortical production vasodilating renin-stimulating could constitute common denominator both increased which been reported associated hypertension.
