摘要: Abstract Microsomes prepared from rabbit renal cortex were found to synthesize substantial amounts of 6-ketoprostaglandin F1α prostaglandin G2 or arachidonic acid during an incubation. In contrast, no was formed by medullary microsomes which predominantly E2. Mass spectral confirmation the structure these incubations demonstrates ability prostacyclin.
