摘要: There is no information about the effect of different pasture types on tissue fatty acid profiles a native rustic lamb breed Chiloe Archipelago, Chilota. Eight Chilota lambs were grazed ‘Calafatal’ (CP), typical secondary succession Archipelago (Chile) and eight located to graze naturalized (NP) Chiloe. Botanical, chemical lipid composition two pastures tissues (muscle, subcutaneous – tail adipose tissues) plasma performed. Both induced high n-3 polyunsaturated acids (PUFA) CLAcis-9,trans-11 proportions in meat. Thus, muscle, grazing CP showed higher sum PUFA, n-6 PUFA proportion n-6/n-3 ratio compared with NP. In fats significantly 18:3n-3, saturated acids, detected Feeding (CP vs. NP) caused significant differences muscle fat depots lambs, but also point tissue-specific responses de novo synthesized deposition tissues.
